At Pro Autobody, we strive for complete customer satisfaction from the initial inspection of your auto repair through final delivery. This includes working with you and your insurance company to make sure the process is smooth and convenient.

| Priority Pick-up Call before 3pm and schedule an after hours pick-up of your vehicle (until 8 pm). |
| Rent-a-Car We can arrange a rental car to be waiting for you when you leave your vehicle for repair. |

| Tow Service We can tow your vehicle to our shop, usually within a few hours for a minimal charge. |

We use PPG paints and finishes which match original equipment color and finish. PPG is a worldwide provider of paints and finishes, and their color matching system ranks as one of the best on the market today.
Pro Autobody Customer Warranty
To insure our customer’s satisfaction Pro Autobody offers the following limited lifetime guaranty on every vehicle we repair, unless otherwise noted on the repair order.
Metalwork
Pros Autobody guaranties that all metalwork performed during the course of repairs to be high quality generally accepted to repair standards. If there is any failure of the repaired areas due to poor workmanship or improper repair procedures, it will be corrected at no charge to the customer (as long as they own this vehicle).
Refinishing
Pro Autobody guaranties that all refinish work performed during the course of repairs to be high quality generally accepted to repair standards. Our paint supplier, PPG additionally offers a limited lifetime warranty on paint products used in these repairs. If any failure of the paint occur we will refinish those areas at no charge to the customer (as long as they own this vehicle).
Limits
The above guaranty is good only at Pro Autobody. This guaranty does not apply to repair failures that have resulted from subsequent collisions, abuse, alterations, or non repair related damage. The guaranty only covers the workmanship performed by Pro Autobody.
